• Account details — your name, email address and username, provided when you register.
• Learning activity — the units you open, your progress and completion, quiz attempts and scores, and any notes or reflections you choose to write in the platform.
• Subscription details — which plan you are on, your trial and renewal dates, and your payment status. See Payments for card details.
• Technical data — the information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, together with the session cookie that keeps you logged in.

We use your information to give you access to the units you have paid for, to record and show your progress, to manage your subscription and trial, to provide support, and to send you service messages about your account. We also use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the courses.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We keep only what we need to manage your subscription: your plan, status, and the reference Stripe gives us. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

We never see or store your card number.

Where an organisation buys access for its team, the managers and coaches it nominates can see the learning progress of the people in their group — for example units started and completed, and quiz results.

They cannot see your private notes and reflections, and they cannot see activity outside the programme your organisation has purchased.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform work — for example our hosting provider, our payment processor and our email delivery service — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences, such as whether you have collapsed the dashboard menu. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you being able to log in.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit much of your profile yourself from your account preferences. For anything else, contact us using the details in Contact and we will respond within the time your local law allows.

We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards where we need to for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. We take appropriate technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted staff access.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
