Working in a Matrix Organization is a practical, scenario-based stream of eight units where you lead a high-stakes initiative across regions, functions, and dotted-line reporting. You'll tackle realistic matrix dilemmas—conflicting priorities, dual bosses, shared resources, and unclear decision rights—while learning to build partnerships, align goals, influence without authority, and clarify who decides what.

Working Across Cultures and Functions

Working Across Cultures and Functions is a scenario-based stream for leaders who must get results across cultural, functional, and organizational divides—and who want to integrate diverse perspectives, not just “manage” differences. You'll explore how variations in communication, feedback, power, time, and values shape collaboration, and practice expanding your own cultural lens so you can decode tense moments, adapt your approach, and build alignment across boundaries.

Systems Thinking for Global Leaders

Systems Thinking for Global Leaders is a scenario-based online course that drops you into the role of a Regional Director at Blue Harbour Systems, helping a vulnerable coastal city adapt to rising seas and intensifying storms. Through the unfolding story of Port Aurora, you'll map complex systems, spot patterns like “Limits to Growth” and “Fixes that Fail,” and surface your own mental models and blind spots so you can design more resilient strategies in your own context.

Meta Skills for Global Work

Meta Skills for Global Work is a practical, story-driven course that builds human capabilities technical expertise can't replace: awareness and self-awareness, curiosity and critical thinking, trust and relationship building, adaptability and flexibility, listening and dialogue, understanding mental models, and leading in uncertainty and change. Through realistic global scenarios, reflective exercises, and short challenges, you'll learn to notice your patterns under pressure, ask better questions across cultures, build trust in diverse teams, and stay grounded as priorities and conditions shift.
